连翘药材的品质评价研究文献综述

连翘化学成分、药理作用及品质评价的研究概况摘要：本文对连翘有关化学成分、药理作用及品质评价的文献进行了归纳和总结。

连翘含有的化学成分主要包括苯乙醇及其苷类、木脂素类、挥发油及萜类、C6-C2 天然醇及其苷类、黄酮类、酚酸类和生物碱等；具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、解热、保肝、抗氧化等药理作用；采收时间、产地、加工炮制等因素对连翘药材有效成分及其品质形成产生一定的影响。

The chemical composition of Forsythia suspensa mainly includes phenylethanoid glycosides, lignans, volatile oil and terpenoids, C6-C2 natural alcohols, flavonoids, phenolic acids, alkaloid, etc. Pharmacological action mainly involves antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, protecting liver, antioxidant. Factors such as harvesting time, growing area, processing and other factors have a certain impact on the effective ingredients of Forsythia suspensa.Key words: Forsythia suspensa; chemical compositions; pharmacological action; quality evaluation中药连翘为木犀科植物连翘 Forsythia suspensa (Thunb. ) Vahl 的干燥果实，是我国常用的大宗药材之一。

秋季果实初熟尚带绿色时采收，除去杂质，蒸熟，晒干习称青翘；果实熟透时采收，晒干，除去杂质，习称老翘。

目前连翘药材来源以野生为主，山西、陕西、河南、河北和山东等地分布广泛，是中药材连翘的主要产区[1]。

我国除华南地区外，其他各地均有栽培，日本也有栽培[2]。

连翘性微寒，味苦，具有清热解毒、消肿散结、疏散风热的功效，用于温病初起、风热感冒、温热入营、高热烦渴、痈疽、瘰疬、丹毒等症[3]，中医临床称之为疮家圣药。

本文对近年来有关连翘化学成分、药理作用及品质评价的研究进展进行综述，以期为连翘的质量控制及开发利用提供一定的参考依据。
