啤酒花的分离提取工艺研究【摘要】啤酒花为葎草属桑科植物，其全株含有多类单体化合物并有良好的生物活性。

据报道，其花所含抗肿瘤及抗菌活性较好的树脂类化合物。

为了更好开发该植物，本文将对啤酒花单体化合物进行分析研究。

本文对啤酒花进行简介，包括化学成分、生物活性等进行综述，阐述了啤酒花的研究进展。

It is reported that the flowers contain resin compounds with good antitumor and antibacterial activity. In order to develop the plant better, this paper will analyze the monomers of hops. In this paper, a brief introduction of hops, including chemical composition and biological activity, was reviewed, and the research progress of hops was expounded.【Key words】Hops; Bioactivity; Research progress; Chemical composition啤酒花的研究进展与化学活性啤酒花（Humulus lupulus Linn.）为葎草属（Humulus）桑科（Moraceae）植物，又名蛇麻花、忽布，主要分布在我国北疆地区。

啤酒花是啤酒酿造过程中重要的原料，使用历史悠久，公元800年，啤酒花就被引入啤酒酿造工艺中。

北宋药学家唐慎微在《证类本草》中也记载有啤酒花的酿酒作用，陀得花（啤酒花）味甘，温，无毒。

主一切风血。

浸酒服，生西国，胡人将来，胡人采此花以酿酒，呼为三勒浆[1]。
