摘要：随着社会的发展，心理健康已经成为普遍关注的社会问题。心理量表的应用较为多样。本文分析了当前各维度心理量表及应用情况，为心理量表的选择及统计分析提供参考。

Abstract：With the development of the society, mental health has become a social issue of general concern. The application of psychological scale is various. This paper analyzes the current dimensions of psychological scale and their application to provide reference for the selection of psychological scale and statistical analysis.

1 心理健康与心理量表的应用

WHO将健康定义为“不仅是没有疾病，而且使身体、心理、社会适应三方面的完满状态”。随着社会经济的发展，生活水平的提高，心理健康逐渐成为社会关注的热点话题。

调查研究表明，精神分裂症、抑郁症、癫痫、痴呆、酒精依赖和其他精神、神经和物质使用障碍占全球疾病负担的13%^[1]。心理健康相关疾病发病率呈现上升趋势，全球抑郁症事件从1990年的1.72亿例增加到2017年的2580万例，增长了49.86％^[2]。根据世界卫生组织统计，每年一半以上的自杀行为与抑郁相关。
