基于易黄汤的黄柏质量标准研究文献综述

基于易黄汤的黄柏化学成分及药理作用研究进展宋忆南（南京中医药大学，江苏 南京 210029）摘 要：经典名方易黄汤是临床治疗妇人黄带的常用方，方中的黄柏含有生物碱、酚酸、甾醇等多类成分，具有抗菌抗炎、抑制细胞免疫、抗癌等广泛的药理作用。

本文结合经典名方易黄汤的作用特点，总结了黄柏的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用的研究进展，为本方的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。

关键词：易黄汤；黄柏；化学成分；药理作用；临床应用Research progress of cortex phellodendron in the chemical constituents and their pharmacological effects based on yihuang decoctionAbstract: The classic prescription yihuang decoction is commonly used in the clinical treatment of the womans yellow belt. The cortex phellodendron contains alkaloids, phenolic acids, sterols and other components, which have extensive pharmacological effects such as anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, inhibiting cellular immunity and anti-cancer. Based on the characteristics of yihuang decoction, this paper summarized the research progress of chemical composition, pharmacological action and clinical application of cortex phellodendron, and provided reference for the further research, development and utilization of this prescription.Key words: yihuang decoction; cortex phellodendron; chemical composition; pharmacological action; clinical application易黄汤，出自清代著名医家傅山所著《傅青主女科》一书。

《傅青主女科》卷上：妇人有带下而色黄者，宛如黄茶浓汁，其气腥秽，所谓黄带是也。

本方针对脾虚湿热的病机，确立健脾祛湿、清热止带的治法。

[1]易黄汤由山药一两，芡实一两，黄柏二钱，车前子一钱，白果十枚组成。

方中重用炒山药、炒芡实补脾益肾，固涩止带。

《本草求真》谓山药之补，本有过于芡实，而芡实之涩，更有甚于山药，故共为君药。

白果收涩止带，兼除湿热，能引药入任脉，故为臣药。
