基于星点设计-效应面法优选姜炙虎杖的炮制工艺研究文献综述

摘 要：虎杖Polygonum cuspidatum为我国常用中药，作为药用植物历史久远。

现代研究表明，虎杖具有抗炎、抗病毒、调节免疫系统、调节心血管系统、抗肿瘤等功效。

虎杖中主要含有蒽醌类、黄酮类、香豆素类等化合物，有多种药理作用，包括抗炎、抗病毒、调节免疫系统、调节血液系统、调节心血管系统、抗肿瘤等。

本文总结了近年来的虎杖文献，从其化学成分与药理作用两方面进行总结归纳，为今后虎杖的研究与开发提供理论依据。

其味微苦、性微寒，归肝、胆、肺经，具有利胆退黄、清热解毒、散瘀止痛、止咳化痰之功效。

现代研究显示，虎杖中主要含有蒽醌类、黄酮类、香豆素类等化合物，有多种药理作用，包括抗炎、抗病毒、调节免疫系统、调节血液系统、调节心血管系统、抗肿瘤等。

本文针对虎杖近年的研究做简要概述，望对进一步开发利用有所借鉴。

1.化学成分研究虎杖含有多种化学成分, 主要为二苯乙烯类、蒽醌类、黄酮类及香豆素类等成分。

1.1蒽醌类化合物黄星昱[2]等发现虎杖植物中蒽醌类资源性物质主要分布于地下根及根茎。
