矿物药禹余粮给药前后大鼠血清中砷的形态变化研究文献综述

【摘 要】研究大鼠灌胃禹余粮后血清中各种形态的砷化合物的经时过程，比较给药前禹余粮中砷的价态存在形式和给药后砷的存在形式。

采用原子荧光形态分析仪检测大鼠血清中2种形态的砷化合物。

大鼠灌胃后血清中主要砷形态为三价砷Ⅲ，其他形态的砷化合物：亚硝酸砷[AsⅢ]、一甲基砷酸（MMA）和砷酸盐[As(v) ]在各时间点均未检测到。

为氢氧化物类矿物褐铁矿，主含碱式氧化铁[FeO(OH)]。

具有涩肠止泻，收敛止血之功效。

常用于久泻久痢，大便出血，崩漏带下。

其中含有砷元素，具有毒性，对人身能造成一定程度的伤害。

然而,元素的生理活性和毒性依赖于它的化学形态。

不同价态、形态的砷,毒性差别很大,无机砷酸盐和亚砷酸盐具有强烈的毒性,但其甲基化产物一甲基砷酸(MMA)和二甲基砷酸 (DMA)的毒性则相对较弱[1,2]。
