酒制法对蟾酥质量的影响研究文献综述

蟾酥质量标准的建立摘 要 蟾酥是中国传统动物药材之一,应用广泛,具有强心、镇痛及抗肿瘤等药理活性。

但是因其化学成分复杂,且作为有毒中药,其量效关系、中毒剂量、提取方法等问题不容忽视,故需要建立合理的质量标准。

本文就蟾酥的化学成分、药理作用及其机制、炮制提取工艺等方面进行初步总结,为建立蟾酥的质量标准提供参考。

However, because of its complex chemical composition and toxic traditional Chinese medicine, its dose-effect relationship, poisoning dose and extraction method can not be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to establish reasonable quality standards. In this paper, the chemical composition of Toadstool, pharmacological effects and mechanism, concocted processing technology and other aspects of the preliminary summary for the establishment of toad quality standards provide a reference.Key Words Toad; Chemical Composition; Quality Standard; Pharmacologic Actions蟾酥是蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍 Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor或黑眶蟾蜍B. melanostictus Schneider的干燥分泌物。

蟾酥味辛,性温;有毒,归心经,具有解毒,止痛,开窍醒神的功效。

用于痈疽疔疮,咽喉肿痛,中暑神昏,痧胀腹痛吐泻。

蟾酥生品作用峻烈,临床用量极小,多制成丸散剂内服或外用。

酒蟾酥便于制粉,降低了毒性,临床多用于发背,疔疮,痈毒,咽喉肿痛。

其临床应用广泛,是喉症丸、六神丸、牛黄消炎片等中成药的主要成分。
