Title: COMPARATIVE IN-VIVO IMAGING STUDY ON DISTRIBUTION OF LIPOSOLUBLE AND WATER-SOLUBLE FLUORESCENT DRUGS AFTER EPICARDIUM IN-SITU ADMINISTRATION BY ASD.
Abstract:
Heart failure is the inability of the heart to supply adequate blood flow and generate a cardiac output sufficient to meet the metabolic demands of the body. HF is a complex clinical syndrome that can result from any structural or functional cardiac disorder. Numerous factors can contribute to HF pathogenesis, including myocardial infarction (MI), ischemia, hypertension and genetic cardiomyopa- thies etc. Globally, HF is a major health issue and the lifetime risk of developing HF is one in five individualsL ipid-soluble and water-soluble fluorescent drugs were administered into the epicardium by using an ASD which is An active hydraulic ventricle supporting drug delivery system it consists of highly biocompatible silicon based (Zhou 2012; Naveed et al. 2017) fistulous net cover surrounding both the ventricles. All the hollow tubes completely communicate with each other or form a plurality of independent areas, and the interior of each independent area is intercommunicating. An imaging comparative study of the important organs (liver, kidney, spleen, lungs) was carried out on living bodies.
Epicardium: The inner layer of the pericardium, a conical sac of fibrous tissue that surrounds the heart and the roots of the great blood vessels. The pericardium has outer and inner coats. The word 'pericardium' means around the heart. The outer layer of the pericardium is called the parietal pericardium. The pericardial sac has two layers, a serous layer and a fibrous layer. It encloses the pericardial cavity which contains pericardial fluid. The pericardium fixes the heart to the mediastinum, gives protection against infection and provides the lubrication for the heart.
