理中汤改善溃疡性结肠炎的生物效应及作用机制研究
摘要: 理中汤由人参、干姜、甘草、白术组成,具有温中散寒,健胃功效。溃疡性结肠炎(UC) 是一种慢性、非特异性炎症性肠病,病变主要位于乙状结肠、直肠黏膜及其下层。其发病机制复杂,特点是病程长,经常复发,迁延难愈,难以根治,且易发生癌变,是目前公认的较难治愈的病症之一。本文归纳了理中汤的药效,溃疡性结肠炎可能的发病因素,以及实验过程中常见的溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的造模方法,为深入研究理中汤对溃疡性结肠炎的改善,及作用机制提供依据。

Study on biological effect and mechanism of lizhong decoction on ulcerative colitis
Abstract:The Lizhong decoction is made up of Ginseng, Dried Ginger, Licorice and Atractylodes macrocephala, and has the effects of warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold, and invigorating stomach. Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic, nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease. The lesions are mainly located in colon sigmoideum, rectal mucosa and its underlying layer. Its pathogenesis is complex and It is characterized by long course of disease, frequent recurrence, delayed and difficult healing, difficult to cure, and prone to carcinogenesis, which is currently recognized as one of the difficult-to-cure diseases. This paper summarizes the clinical efficacy of Lizhong decoction, possible pathogenic factors of ulcerative colitis and common methods of modeling of ulcerative colitis in rats, and provides the basis for further studying the improvement of Lizhong decoction on ulcerative colitis and its mechanism.

1.理中汤
理中汤是由人参、干姜、甘草、白术四味中药组成。其中,人参:补气益脾;干姜:暖胃散寒;甘草:和中补土;白术:健脾燥湿。由此四味药合用具有治疗脾胃虚寒,阳气不足引起的膀腹冷痛、呕吐腹泻、腹胀肠鸣、不欲饮食、手足发凉等症及脾肾两虚,寒凝不化所致之精神倦怠,形寒肢冷,不思饮食,腕腹冷痛,大便搪泄,带下清稀等症。据现代药理研究发现,理中汤具有抗炎、抗溃疡等作用。
